Winding Creek Estates is a beautiful community nestled within the matured existing landscaping in Frisco TX. Right at the border of McKinney TX, Winding Creek Estates is easily accessible from Custer Road to Highway 380 on the north side and State Highway SH 121 to the south. Winding Creek Estates is in its infancy stages, hence some community development projects such as additional landscaping are still being planted (January 2009).

You will find K. Hovnanian and Conventry Homes building in the community. Both builders produce high quality work. The starting price points are in the low $300Ks with many of the floorplans already have the upgrade features typically found in other neighborhoods with no additional costs to buyers. The floorplans are semi-customizable where buyers could add or move a wall, door locations, etc. for very affordable architecture re-draw fees. Inventory homes are also available for purchase.

The most prominent feature of Winding Creek Estates Frisco is the beautiful landscaping with existing matured trees. The lots in the community are specially designed to fully take advantage of the beauty of the development. Since these builders just began selling in this community, there are many lots buyers can choose from to fit their budgets. Some of the premium sites include creek lots, cul-de-sacs, greenbelts, corners and oversized lots). In addition, additional extensive landscaping are added to the community to help make Winding Creek Estates an even more attractive neighborhood.

School Information:
School children of Winding Creek Estates will attend Frisco Independent School District: Ashley Elementary, Roach Middle School and Liberty High School. All schools are very close proximity to the community.

Directions:
From Custer and SH 121, head north on Custer. Pass Eldorado Parkway. Turn into community off Custer (on your left).
