Dominion at Panther Creek, Frisco is located on the North East corner of Preston and Eldorado in north Frisco. Located just east of Latera - the luxury gated community in the area, Dominion at Panther Creek is a beautiful, well-planned community built by Grand Homes, Darling Homes, First Texas Homes and Wall/Newmark Homes.

This beautiful community has a lake off Eldorado with foundations, adjacent to the community pool and children playground. Many neighbors enjoy the facilities offered by the community. There are many opportunities to serve in the HomeOwners Association committee to make this neighborhood an even better one. Hike and bike trails meander around the neighborhood and City of Frisco had completely a tunnel under Hillcrest Road from Dominion at Panther Creek to Panther Creek Estates - just east of the community. The City of Frisco plans to build a City-maintained park in the second phase of the community. At the time of this publication (September 2007), the city park has not been built.

School:
School children that lives in the Dominion go to Isabella Sem Elementary located in Panther Creek Estates. Friendly crossing guards are placed between these two communities to make sure that young Elementary children crosses the streets safely. It is not a busy street to begin with anyways. Middle school children attends Roach Middle School located about 2 miles away (off Independence and Eldorado). High school attenders go to Wakeland High School located off Eldorado/ Legacy Drive - just west of the Tollway.

Price Range & Features:
The Dominion at Panther Creek start in the low $200Ks up to houses in the high $400Ks. Since Dominian is still a relatively new community, home builders are still houses. Buyers have a large selection of existing, yet very new homes or new construction to pick from. Single-story homes start around the 2,000 square feet range with 3-bedrooms, 2-bath, 2-car garages to over 4,000 square-feet 5 to 6 bedrooms with 3 to 4 car garage options. Depending on the price range, the more expensive homes are typically built in larger 75 feet lots and with top-of-the-line upgrades in their standard packages.

Austin-stoned with brick elevations are common at Dominion. Some houses have the option of concrete-cast decorative accents along the windows and front door which gives the appearance an extra boost. Many homes come with granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, energy efficient double pane windows, wrought-iron staircase and textured walls to name a few.
